Namaste Windsor Grocery Store – An Indian Grocery Store

To place orders, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Any activity done through your account will be considered done by you. We can suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of terms.

4. Product Availability

Inventory may change at any time. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee stock. If an item is out of stock after ordering, we may offer a replacement or remove that item and adjust your invoice.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices may change without notice. Pricing errors may occur. If we find a pricing mistake, we may cancel your order or contact you with the correct price.

We accept approved online payment methods. All orders must be paid in full before delivery or pickup. Taxes and delivery fees (if applicable) will be added at checkout.

6. Delivery Policy

Delivery only available on Wednesdays and Saturdays

Delivery beyond 5 km is chargeable based on distance radius

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic or high demand

If no one answers the door, we may return the order back to store. Re-delivery may require additional fees.

7. Return / Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if order is cancelled within 5 minutes of placing the order. After 5 minutes order goes into processing and cannot be refunded.

Defective or wrong product issues must be reported immediately at the time of pickup or delivery. Depending on the situation, we may provide store credit or replacement item.

8. Prohibited Uses

You are not allowed to:

Use the website for illegal purposes

Attempt to hack, damage or interfere with website

Send harmful code, viruses or spam

Misuse, copy, or resell our content without permission

We can block any user who abuses or misuses the website.

9. Third Party Links & Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are offered “as is.” We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Use of our website is at your own risk.
