Shipping / Delivery Policy

Delivery Availability Days

Local delivery service is available only on the following days:

Wednesday

Saturday

If an order is placed on any other day, it will automatically be scheduled for the next eligible delivery day.

Delivery Area & Charges

We currently deliver only within the Windsor region.

Within 5 km from our store location → FREE Delivery

Beyond 5 km → Delivery charges will apply based on distance (radius from store)

Delivery fee outside 5 km will be calculated at checkout or confirmed by our team before delivery is finalized.

Order Timing

To guarantee same-day delivery on Wednesday or Saturday, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM on that same day.
Orders placed after cut-off time will be delivered on the next delivery day.

Pickup Option

Customers may also choose Store Pickup at checkout. Pickup is available on any operating day during store hours.

Failed Delivery / No-Answer Policy

If our delivery driver arrives at your address and there is no answer, we will attempt to contact you by phone.

If customer cannot be reached → order will return back to store

A re-delivery fee may apply for a second attempt (based on distance)
