At Namaste Windsor Grocery Store, we’re committed to a smooth, local shopping experience for authentic Indian groceries in Windsor, Ontario. As a pickup and local-delivery service, we value clarity and fairness. The policy below outlines how cancellations and refunds work in line with Canadian consumer guidelines.
Cancellations & Refund Eligibility
You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it for a full refund.
Our team begins preparing orders immediately for fast pickup/delivery; after 5 minutes, the order is considered In Processing, and cancellations/refunds are no longer available.

Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds (for eligible 5-minute cancellations) are returned to your original payment method.
We aim to process refunds within 3–5 business days, and no later than 15 days.
Order Confirmation & Verification
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Please review all details.
If you spot an error, contact us within 5 minutes to cancel and qualify for a refund.
After-Cancellation Support
When your cancellation is confirmed, we’ll email you the refund amount and the expected processing timeline.
If your refund has not appeared after 15 days, please reach out and we’ll investigate promptly.
Defective or Incorrect Items (Pickup/Local Delivery)
If an item is defective or incorrect at the time of pickup or delivery, notify us immediately at the door or pickup point:

While refunds are limited to the 5-minute cancellation window, we may, at our discretion and depending on the situation, offer a replacement or store credit to ensure your satisfaction.
Credit Card Chargebacks
If we fail to issue an eligible refund within 7 days of your approved cancellation, you may request a chargeback from your card issuer.
You have 60 days from the cancellation date to do so. Provide your bank with the cancellation date and proof of your cancellation request.
